The group is chaired by Katherine Cowan from the James Lind Alliance (JLA). Katherine is responsible for facilitating the process, ensuring that it follows the JLA principles of transparency and equal involvement of patients, carers and clinicians.

Liz’s interests within thoracic cancer have always focused on developing the nursing contribution, within the multidisciplinary team, to improve outcomes but also the patient and carer experience across the whole cancer pathway.
