A Short Story About a New York Attorney Who ONLY Took Cases he Could Win

Here’s a short story of an attorney who only took cases he could win until finally one case came along that just begged to be taken.

Out of 100 lawyers this person had talked to, not a single one was willing to take his case. Until he met me.

He had a significant problem. I sent his medical records off to an expert who confirmed that he did have a valid basis for a case.

He was so thrilled that I had agreed to take his case. He spent almost a year searching for an attorney and not one wanted anything to do with him.

I didn’t take the case because I felt bad for him. I didn’t take the case out of guilt. I didn’t take the case because of his sad story.

I took the case because nobody else would. I took the case because I realized we had a winning case even though everybody else who looked at it said there was no case.
